D365 CE Developer

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join a long-term project (2-3 years) with a focus on Customer Service and Power Pages. This role requires a developer with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and a track record in implementing solutions to support customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE with a focus on Customer Service and Power Pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, enhance functionalities, and ensure robust solutions that align with project goals.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality code and seamless integration within the existing tech stack.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer innovative solutions to optimize system performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all developments meet organizational and technical standards, including documentation of processes and configurations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE development, with a strong command of Customer Service functionalities and Power Pages.
- Proven ability to work on complex, large-scale Dynamics 365 CE projects, demonstrating deep technical knowledge and best practices in customization and configuration.
- Proficiency in Power Platform, particularly Power Pages, to support and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CRM workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom plugins for Dynamics 365 CE.
- Familiarity with Azure and other Microsoft technologies for advanced Dynamics 365 integrations.
